After the installation of the hydraulic station, pressure test should be carried out on the pipeline on site. The test pressure of withstand pressure should be 1.5 times of the larger working pressure. During the step-up test, it should be carried out step by step. Don't reach the peak at once. Every time it increases to about 3 minutes, it should be observed whether the pipe will be normal.
 
Note: during the pressure test, it is strictly forbidden to operate the directional valve.

The pressure regulating part of hydraulic station is composed of proportional pressure regulating valve and proportional amplifier (configured under electronic control). Among them, the proportional relief valve is a component that cannot be mobilized. The adjustment of the pressure regulation part of the hydraulic station is completed by adjusting the above proportional amplifier.
 
First close the high pressure ball valve on the oil supply line to the brake and clutch. To tighten the regulating handle in the DC relief valve, set the pressure regulating handle to zero. After confirming the operation, the input will be rejected. When the voltmeter reading is zero, start the motor block of the oil pump, and then adjust its proportional amplifier, R1 screw on the side [adjusting knob for smaller electromagnetic current], until the pressure gauge of the hydraulic station shows a little pressure. (the pressure at this time is the residual pressure of the hydraulic station, which should be ≤ 0.5MPa).
 
Then, adjust the handle of pressure regulation to a larger value, and adjust the R2 screw (adjusting knob with larger electromagnetic current) under the proportional amplifier until the displayed value of the hydraulic pressure gauge is the working pressure value of the hydraulic station.   6.3 MPa)。 So far, the pressure regulation part of the hydraulic station has been debugged. Open the high pressure ball valve above the hydraulic pipeline, the hydraulic station can enter the working state.
 
Regularly change the rotation angle of the pressure regulating handle and the electromagnet current of the proportional pressure regulating valve. The oil pressure can be changed regularly, and the corresponding relationship between the current (i.e. voltage) and oil pressure needs to be recorded. Down, you need to draw a corresponding curve. At the same time, we can observe the fluctuation of the oil pressure, the performance of the winch hydraulic station, its repeatability and the existence of loud noise. All of the above characteristics can meet the use requirements, and the commissioning of the pressure regulating device.
